Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza is one of the standout books I’ve read or listened to this year. A mix of multiple disciplines and unifying many principles, this book serves as an educational text as well as instructional manual for creating real, lasting change in your life.
I’ve read a handful of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s books and this one by far is my favorite. Rooted soundly on science, his books sometimes run the risk of being too dry for the uninitiated reader. With Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself however, this is not the case.
I found (and continue to find in subsequent reads and listens) this book inductive in its logic and therefore very engaging. Each page and passage leaves me wanting to learn and discover more.
Both educational and instructional, what you can expect to learn from this book is everything you need to create, attract, and manifest anything in your life. With plenty of science and real life examples of the principles at work, you will quickly see how impactful this book can be in your life.
